A&E loved playing with Taylor and Haley! Taylor and Evan were buddies from the start. Avery wasn't too sure about their roughhousing.

Science Center

I've been a very bad blogger. I know. Andy finally got home and our neighbors are back to hang out with in the evenings so I've fallen behind.

While in Pittsburgh, we went to the Science Center and met up with a friend from my online mommy forum. This is the first time we have met in person and she is so sweet. Her girls were just adorable!

It's a Zoo around here...

Seriously my house is a zoo. Andy will be back tomorrow. I think I deserve to go somewhere tropical for a few days to recover.

Speaking of zoos, we visited the Pittsburgh Zoo. That place is HUGE! Someone didn't put our strollers in the vehicle so A&E ended up walking. When I say walking, I mean half carried through the place. My arms and back hurt the next day.

Missing: 1 sweet little boy

Has anyone seen this sweet little boy?



He seems to be missing. He was replaced by a screaming demon who doesn't listen, throws major tantrums, and just creates chaos. I will trade said demon for my sweet E who enjoys listening to mommy, being sweet, and following directions.

We may all survive until Andy gets home....

Happy Father's Day

Sadly A&E's daddy had to leave for a week so they didn't get to spend Father's Day with him. He even had to work today. I'm pretty sure I got the short end of the stick because Evan chose today to be the Day of Tantrums or Let's See How Much We Can Torture Mommy While She is Sick Day (you can pick which you like better).

Seriously, he has never had a day this bad. I think he misses daddy. So enjoy this time away, Andy because I may run off for a week when you get back.....

S'more Please

A&E sat around their first fire and roasted s'mores up in Pittsburgh too. They were so excited about this fire and cooking over it.

Surprisingly Evan liked them more than Avery did. He isn't a big fan of sweets. I personally do not like s'mores. Stone me and yell at me all you want but why would I ruin chocolate with some icky marshmallows?

Tractor Ride

A&E were so excited to ride on the tractor. I think they asked a few times every hour. :)






Avery asked why the tractor wasn't green so they got out the John Deere lawnmower. I think they had almost as much fun riding around in the trailer!
