Playtime + Pizza = Fun

For our family Valentine's date, we went with the Navarro family to Playtime Pizza. We had never been but it may be the new favorite activity EVER. :)

It is a huge pizza buffet/play center. Imagine Chuck E Cheese on lots of steroids. Evan was so excited about the go go cars that daddy promised him (indoor go karts). They also had bumper cars, laser tag, and mini bowling inside in addition to the hundreds of video games. This place was H-U-G-E! It was a big hit with the kids and Evan asked to go back already.

Eye-mazing!

It has been 3 weeks since my Lasik surgery and I am still amazed daily that I.CAN.SEE! I went back for my follow-up last week and my vision is 20/15!!!! Andy took some pics with his phone and I finally got them from him to post.

It is odd that I had to hold my mouth open for eye surgery...

Super A&E Adventure

A&E were heroes today and rescued some animals in their "clubhouse". Such imaginations! It must be so much fun to have a built in playmate on your level.

Hopefully by now our family has received their homemade Valentine's from A&E. We made them by putting 2 thumb prints in the shape of a heart.

Beary Wild About You

I tried to do something creative for A&E's Valentine's this year and saw this cute bear idea on a website. I thought A&E would like doing separate things so I let them choose the snack to give to their friends. Evan chose animal crackers and Avery chose teddy grahams.

Wool or copper?

Happy 7th Anniversary to my best friend and husband, Andy Roo!

The traditional wedding gift for 7 years is wool or copper. We decided to forgo any wooly mammoths or pennies this year and just spend the day as a family. :)

Snowman craft

We actually did this craft a few weeks ago but it is appropriate to post on our snow day. I really hope this is the last snow of the season. Arkansas pretty much shuts down for anything over 1".
